      Cons

      managers are lazy and won't help you in your development. you should plan your future otherwise life at cyient will be less than ordinary . challenges in work will be very less .

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
