      Cons

      Long hours (shift system - no flexibility) Poor, poor pay Some awful nurses (how have they got this far??!!!)

      Pros

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
