Pros
Opportunity to work on unique cases.
Cons
Terrible management and leadership. No technical knowledge and refusal to listen to anyone below "senior team leader" (read as wannabe board member). Drive to earn money, but never see the benefits of it come down to those that worked. Lies and abuse of what they try to cover as "family" oriented work environment. Monthly meetings even used the F in Cyfor for "family". No training opportunities. This is especially problematic for new staff. The burden ends up on senior investigators to train them in house. Unrealistic timelines for cases to be completed. Case managers would promise a deadline by a week, when the case files won't even be delivered until 2 weeks later. They cover up issues, and offer bonuses to create positive Glassdoor reviews. Read them yourself and look at the similarity in content and the date-time posted. Avoid this company at all costs.
