The senior management team at Cyclehoop has seen some changes since this review was left, including a new Managing Director. The current team is focused on ensuring employee happiness and wellbeing is addressed. Work that has already been done in this area includes revising staff benefits and assessing training needs on an individual basis.
Unfortunately, the claim of bullying was never formally raised. We take bullying seriously and would investigate any such allegations were they to be brought to our attention.
With regards the comment on unpaid wages, this issue was raised by the employee after they resigned and settled directly before the review was left. Cyclehoop considered the issue closed, as there was no further action by the individual.
