      Pros

      - It's a growing company - Wages in or above the average - Benefits above the law - Somewhat relaxed working ambient.

      Cons

      - There is no growth plan for employees. - Inequality treat between departments. - State's retirement plan is bypassed and there is no replacement for it. - Bad integration between department's employees, (probably caused because of point 2).

      Pros

      +Tech atmosphere + Performance driven + Good working environment+ Great compensation + Great location + Excellent colleagues + Good challenges + High class management + Succesful business model.

      Cons

      Although it is not perfect, I cant say something that discourages me not to give my best in here. The company is growing and there are some programs yet to be established/implemented but it is just a matter of time.
