Pros
-Decent salary if you negotiate well or can kiss up to the senior management. -There are lots of talented people across many departments that you have the opportunity to meet and network with. -A large company that is likely to grow but mainly in the B2B side of the business.
Cons
-Micromanagement at every level, all decisions are reviewed by the CEO, pretty much need to create multiple marketing plans per week and review them across multiple management levels and business units before execution. -High-stress, high-workload environment due to many inefficiencies and a lot of bureaucracy. Ideas and decisions can change throughout the day and you'll need to do a full 180 in needed and still meet previously set deadlines. -Management level doesn't have a clear vision or direction on branding, communication, and marketing, many of the plans and ideas are put forward by junior-level staff even interns. -High employee turnover, each department will lose an employee every 3 months or so, they're always recruiting, and also the reason starting salary is very high.
