Pros

Will learn a lot because of the duties they demand you accomplish. Can have some certifications paid for.

Cons

Company is not competitive with other related businesses. No commitment to fixing issues. Bad organization. Favoritism to certain employees. Terrible communication. Lots of in-fighting and unrest. Arrogant and demeaning individuals. Conclusions are drawn about you without your knowledge before they are brought to your attention. Equipment is fairly outdated. Decisions are based off paper numbers and not how the metric actually arrived there. Cannot retain exceptional employees. Biggest concern is that the position is said to be a security professional but in actuality you are on a helpdesk handling break/fix issues.

Pros

Many opportunities to contribute in valuable ways Great workplace culture, everyone is here because they want to be here and the Team builds you up. Many opportunities to choose your own growth path within cybersecurity. A small company means there's lots to do and they'll appreciate any contribution. Good way to build your own skills and gain experience.

Cons

Not leading the market in employee compensation. Not a low-effort job.

Pros

None, literally none. Maybe remote schedule, but that's nothing now a days

Cons

Leadership is a joke, everyone from the CEO to the team managers, this is their first job out of college. SOC is a mess, tools and platform is outdated, sales makes promises to clients and has them sign a non-terminating contract. VPN to clients go down all through the day, VPN for work is always broken, tools are from the early 2000s. Leadership offers no help, sales and CEO wear rose color glasses and sweet talk a big game but everyone is technology illiterate. Feels like a start up. Clients and future employees RUN! Read the rest of the reviews here to get a clear picture. Company makes promises to clients in contracts that they never follow through with and then point the finger at the lower employees when something fails. This place is hackers dream (draw what you will from that statement)
