I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Feedback like this matters, and I am sorry that you felt like you were treated unfairly. Favoritism has no place at CyberFOX and is not part of the culture we’ve worked hard to build.
Recognizing and rewarding people who show up and do great work is important to us. In December, following our growth equity investment, we shared an equity payout with every employee to recognize the collective effort across CyberFOX. It was a meaningful moment for me as CEO and the rest of the leadership team.
Like any high-growth company, we sometimes have to make difficult staffing decisions. We don’t take those lightly. We invest in our people, offer second chances where possible, and our retention remains strong compared to others like us in our space.
