Pros
The Good - exceptionally strong platform in it's technology segment (PAM). No 1 in it's market by a huge margin. You can capitalize on the technology, development, strengthen your technical skills and build up your reputation in the cyber security industry.
Cons
The Bad - this is a ruthless environment (whether sales or technical or back office support). You need to have skin as thick as a crocodile and nerves of steel. You will be given very little, if not zero time, to settle in and will be expected to perform at the outset. There is no concept such as peer support, openness or transparency at CyberArk, it simply does not exist, it's every man for himself. It is a company which has sold it's soul to the stock market and expectations of delivering 60% growth quarter after quarter. The Ugly - the culture is one of looking over your shoulder, worring about being stabbed in the back. Management put down employees who need a little time/space to learn new concepts or adjust to the unique demands of the market in which the company operates. They can be exceptionally negative towards their own team members, unfairly criticizing them.
