Great place to get a start in the mobile industry, hard working but fun culture, possibilities in creating new positions where your skill set can be utilized.

Lack of transparency, preferential treatment to Japanese coworkers vs. American coworkers, rampant office politics, Japanese is often used during meetings while Non-Japanese speakers are around.

Pros are the people very nice and friendly

management has no clue what they are doing and most cannot communicate with their own employees especially management. Compensation for sales is virtually none existent and when major impacts in the industry they are utterly clueless and don't know how to adapt.
