Pros

Lovely people work here and you are rewarded for hard work.

Cons

Could not see any room for growth long-term as managers have been in their positions for years and aren't going anywhere anytime soon, poor management, most Managers are not qualified and promoted too young, confusing leadership, CEO micro manages employees, Managers and Directors of departments do everything the CEO says (even if it's not the right move) with little push back, employees are afraid to counter his decisions as they would be dismissed and he's highly sensitive, high turnover, transparent misyogynism, hold more inclusive social events to bring up the morale of employees, the company takes on too much work that isn't plausible with their resource so people are overworked, creatives and other teams spend a long time creating brilliant work and then it has be done all over again according to the CEO's preference last minute, he tries to do everyone's job, people are hired quickly but leave quickly too, and your voice will not be heard.

Pros

After many years and counting, Cyber-Duck has repeatedly demonstrated support and care for me and my family, and a real effort to make the work place inclusive, flexible, comfortable and friendly. The team are not only very knowledgeable but friendly and helpful.

Cons

Could improve structured training and time for researching and improving efficiency in some parts.

Pros

The collaborative approach between the design and development teams, along with the opportunity to work on projects for big-name clients, was a huge career boost.

Cons

Poor company culture and value. They were constantly taking on new projects without considering who would actually do the work. This led to massive burnout and overwhelmed employees. To top it off, the company didn't offer any support when dealing with challenging or disrespectful clients. It's no surprise that so many people have left in the past two years. It's a shame because there's real potential here, but the company needs to prioritise its employees and stop overpromising clients. While the company claimed to value diversity, there was a pattern of promotions favouring British men, which limited opportunities for women and colleagues from different backgrounds.
