Pros

- Remote and depending on your role you can travel a bit while working. - The working hours are not insane (I've done investment banking before). Rarely worked on weekends talking to CEO or preparing a presentation but it wasn't "needed". Just passion.

Cons

- The yearly bonus was not given to anyone - Targets are unachievable - Knowbe4 launched the main value proposition of CybSafe. It's very tough to compete with them and the product itself is already sold at a very cheap price compared to other SaaS. - Liquidation risk: Funding money spent so the company is cutting costs. I wonder how much run-way there's left and if the company will make it to their next fund-raise.

Pros

-Leadership listens, they care, they want you to not only be successful but happy -The off sites are excellent- we have a remote first culture with 2 company gatherings per year that everyone looks forward too. -Trust and transparent environment -Product is really starting to get there- we are winning some logos and learning when we don't

Cons

-Because we are in a fast environment- things change and you might not even be aware -All the normal growing pains of a start up (goals, KPIs, quota, territories, process) we are constantly iterating-that can be tough for people

Cons

My recommendation to anyone looking into a job at Cybsafe is simple, "look elsewhere." This place is a sinking ship, having missed sales targets quarter over quarter for years. Leadership is a bad combination of clueless, closed minded, and stuck in their old ways. Rather than innovate, they spew the same old story while the competition is running laps around Cybsafe, both in product development and market fit, making this nearly impossible to sell. The lack of pipeline and closed revenue proves this to be true. Multiple rounds of unexpected layoffs, changes in management, and lack of support, all while being micromanaged, makes Cybsafe extremely stressful to work for. Although there are some good people at the IC role, the sales leaders are as toxic as they get. Very disappointing.
