      Casual dress code. Bermuda is also fine.

      Pros

      A lot of projects & customers which is good for job security.

      Cons

      Too much projects becoming stressful, joggle between projects at a time with same deadlines clashing. Plus a toxic trait which treats Company as a “Family”.
