Pros

Not much overtime required. Laidback environment.

Cons

Individuality and creativity is not encouraged, projects are quoted and work is expected to be completed in set time and parameters; always simply meeting expectations and never going above and beyond for clients. No room for learning and development. Staff turnover is high, only a few people have been there longer than 5 years (which very much has an “inner circle” feel). Management is a stickler for in office only, working from home is frowned upon, alongside sick leave and personal days. Parking onsite is not guaranteed. Low pay/vacation without raises or bonuses and little regard for personal interest and endeavors.

Pros

Decent projects and some colleagues are amazing

Cons

Most management is clueless and will happily treat employees like robots with no concern for their work load or personal time.

Pros

This is a company that truly cares about the people. Those working here and those they serve. This is not a sweat shop (although like anywhere, things can be crazy at times), life balance is where it's at here. Friday afternoons off in the summer. They close down for Christmas holidays Freedom to truly create your own role and implement ideas to carve out your position within the company. In China Town so surrounded by great food. vintage building, which most of us think it is pretty cool

Cons

It's small. currently 10 to 12 people which means your roles can expand to be support in many areas. If you are dreaming of a shiny/public career in the Marketing industry, this may be a good stepping stone. This is a more of a behind the scenes, people come first, quality work....less of a "look at me" Parking is limited so walking/bus/riding to work is optimal Vintage building (firehall) which means it's got hot spots and cold spots.
