- Unhealthy/toxic work culture. Consistent harassment. - Dishonest leadership. Make promises to company employees and do not follow through (e.g. promised stock options to all team members and then completely reneged and never spoke about it again). - False sentiment of how well the company is doing/revenue that is coming in. - Angry customers due to leadership overpromising and underdelivering. - Internal politics make it impossible to do your day job. Busy work left and right. - Leadership team on sales side has gotten into seat by falsifying career experiences.
