-Lot of great people with a lot of resources to learn on the job and make connections that can last beyond work -Lot of different opportunities and areas to work in -Room to be innovative and Independent, feels more like working together as a team for a common goal rather than constant micromanaging, independent work tends to be a common theme across various departments -Generous time off policies/accrual rates & great benefits
Cons
-Slow HR processes even when the department you’re working in is fully ready to hire you, new positions also posted slowly -Not a lot of professional development nor promotions, not an easy structure to “climb the ranks”
