Broken Management - Inspector Cutech Group Employee Review

I have encountered numerous companies throughout my career. While some have been excellent, unfortunately, there are some companies that are so bad that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone. I want to be clear: you should avoid doing business with them at all costs. The issues here are numerous, but one of the most egregious is the lack of care they have for their employees. The company consistently puts profits above the well-being and safety of their inspectors, and it shows in their practices. They cut corners, from my experience sometimes ignore safety protocols because the job and profit is more important than the lives of their inspectors, and refuse to invest in proper training, putting the inspectors at risk. Furthermore, the management team is a disaster. They are incompetent and make decisions based on short-term gains, rather than long-term planning. They are reactive rather than proactive and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, often blaming employees or outside factors for their failures. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of working here is their complete lack of communication and accountability. They rarely respond to requests or concerns, leaving their inspectors in the dark. When things go wrong, they are quick to deflect blame, and slow to take responsibility. In short, Cutech Process Services Pte Ltd is a company that you should avoid at all costs. They care little for the well-being of their inspectors, their inspectors are just an asset to them, they have an incompetent and very toxic management team, and refuse to be held accountable for their actions. As an inspector myself, it is my duty to be honest about the companies I encounter, and I can say with certainty that they are one of the worst.
