Pros

Custora is such an amazing place to work. Everyone is extremely supportive and makes it easy to be excited and passionate about what you're doing every day. The environment is very collaborative and it's fun to be part of such a great company as it grows and changes every day. Exec does a really good job of being transparent and open with their employees.

Cons

Sometimes can feel a bit stretched thin, but that comes with the territory of a growing company.

Pros

I've worked at other start-up's and Custora is a refreshing change of pace! The company's able to find the balance other companies haven't — a culture that's genuine and welcoming and also competitive, hard working, and successful. The founders take extreme care to maintain our core values: be respectful; make others successful; take ownership, just to name a few. There's a feedback process in place that allows for constant communication, something that's not always present at smaller organizations, and a team dedicated to Experience (not just HR or office management). Onboarding is thoughtful and rigorous, including a 2-day orientation. The co-founders are ever-present and available for conversations about the work itself or career progression, as our Team Leads. There's a flat structure — everyone's opinion matters equally. You'll find benefits common to other startups: unlimited time-off (MINIMUM 3 weeks required) / Covered medical, dental, vision / Metro passes / free lunch & lots of snacks / 401K / equity, and lots of social stuff (happy hours, picnic, annual party - at Blue Hill this year). Most important, there's a sense of purpose and belonging — we're one team working together. No on person is 'better' than another and the leaders genuinely care about people as individuals.

Cons

As we continue to grow, team silo's can get higher and higher. It will take work to maintain the open levels of communication.
