Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your time at CES. We value feedback from former employees. Regarding growth potential, we understand that many of our employees are very happy in their current position, while others want to pursue growth in their careers with CES. We understand the importance of career growth for our employees and have an active development program that includes Personal and High Potential development programs. Many of our employees have participated in these programs and have advanced to other positions within the company such as Technical Specialist, Education and Training Specialist, Phone Support Specialist, Team Lead and other non-management positions that offer career growth. These types of positions are typically filled internally to allow growth and opportunity for our employees. We typically discuss these programs with our employees during the annual performance review. There is a section of that review that is specific to development. Thank you for your contribution during your tenure with CES.

Pros

Drive to different customers daily. Have a company vehicle that can be driven all the time and all expenses for it is paid by the employer. The people I work with and my direct management make working there very pleasant.

Cons

The company has been uncertain with service and growth in the most recent months. There are not regular pay increases happening. Have been with the company for 17 years and making about what I should have been 12 years ago.

Very people oriented Like I have never seen a company care about the employees like this one does. The perks are fantastic and I am able to comfortably sustain myself at the current time.
