Work late to finish jobs sometimes

there are none coming from ex employee ook past all job postings or even going into store

They treat you a like a child always trying to make you dream big cause " Sky is the Limit" , yet they render your sales ability by having so many sales every year even its a small sales its hard to tell how much your making. They claim it is full commission but you calculate you'll make a lot more then what you get. Plan on never having time to see family or friends even if they are on their death bed or sick and in the hospital for you will be penalized or come back jobless although you have sick days. The amount of hours is not worth it get an hourly job make the overtime and you can make more then this place. They will ask you to attend unpaid mandatory training's during and after business hours claiming they are for your own good. Lets not forget that you will have get used to sounding like starbucks and greeting everyone or thing that walks thru the front door and if not done right they will ban you from the sales floor until you can get it right or even send you home for the day. DO NOT WORK HERE MAYBE IF YOUR IN HIGH SCHOOL AND NO BILLS OR EXPERIENCE.
