      Approachable management & some great coworkers. Being unionized is a big plus.

      Cons

      Production expectations compared to wages were disappointing, especially in a city with such a high COL. This is the kind of place that rewards hard working & efficient employees with more work, so the high turnover rate isn't at all surprising.
