      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Management thinks they know what is going on with training but really have no idea and employees aren't being trained properly or at all.

      Pros

      Up scale cabinets , ability to produce 250 cabinets daily with multi finishes. Safe working condition, quality machinery.IT tech available, recycle material for heating building.

      Cons

      No real set schedule of hours, No pay raise in five years, not very good communication with changes in procedures. Not following thru with changes to my sure all the problems are worked out.
