Pros
Great work environment, not uptight or stuffy, friendly people Many opportunities for growth, so many different departments you can apply to Most challenging job I ever loved... I gained two industry certifications in six months and got bonuses and attaboys for doing so AMAZING Coffee island for all employees. Like having a free starbucks on site but better coffee Approachable supervisors and even upper level management is accessible Great sense of team
Cons
If you work in the call center ON CALL IS BRUTAL and terribly rough on your personal life. Maybe they have more staff now. Managed Service Providers by the nature of the beast, all have to profit from your work in order to make the contract with the customer viable. So that means, their profit comes out of your salary... so you will make less money working at a managed service provider than directly for a company. So even if you are a breakout superstar at what you do, you may not get a superstar salary out of it.
