Pros

Almost everyone in my office was great to work with.

Cons

Cushing Terrell is very much a company that they respect work life balance and care about their employees. In my experience, that’s all it was though, an image. I received little to no training, design standards are a mess, and the managers seem to be trying to push all of these issues back on to the employees.

It is so great to hear you enjoyed working with your co-workers. As for compensation we are confident we are in alignment with industry standards and very competitive in the AE Industry . However, we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we take all feedback seriously. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't as positive as we would have liked. We are committed to creating a better working environment for all our team members and would appreciate it if you could reach out to me at hr_support@cushingterrell.com so that we could work together to understand the things that went wrong to put a plan together to make them better.

Pros

- Good benefits - Flexibility (just be sure to communicate your needs) - Beautiful office locations

Cons

- Project Managers can be rude and demanding - Lack of training or introduction, especially for younger professionals who didn't go through their intern program (I wasn't even formally introduced to the office) - Poor communication with no big picture focus...lots of micro managing and unforgiving timecard policy
