Pros
Great customer base Good vendor relationships in place
Cons
Where do I begin... The benefits of the merger were yet to be discovered even 1 year on, with the two companies still operating as separate entities. Staff morale has never been lower Absolutely no recognition from management for those who go above and beyond Key figures throughout the company all jumped ship, pre-empting the disaster ahead. Pay is awful and so far from market average HR are robots and have no human feelings whatsoever Every man for himself culture No training provided Those who are 'in' with management have their own set of very relaxed rules No clear direction No room for progression No bonus or pay increase Seemingly no truth in the promise of positive things to come from the merger Poor internal processing systems
