      Family oriented company and ownership. Management is more partner to the employee rather than a manager. Extremely community oriented company. Company cares for their employees both in the office and home. Always opportunity to grow within the company.

      Grateful to say that nothing comes to mind.

      Great collaboration between stores, everyone seems willing to help. Focus on development and growth in the company.

      Cons

      Outdated website leads to a lot of customers calling for product availability and pricing. They seem to be working on this however.
