Pros
Pay is above average also new bonus scheme especially for the mobile phone side of the business - technically still carphone warehouse - management are generally solid
Cons
Still a disconnect with customer service support in store and online doesn't help when customer is told incorrect information. Call centre that's based in South Africa can be a nightmare to deal with. Progression up through management is practically non existent plus with recent bonus changes I actually earn about the same
