We are a fast-paced retail business and looking to stay ahead of our game means change is inevitable. We encourage colleagues to keep up to date on the internal intranet and through Workplace so they are ready for any new initiatives.
At a lot of our stores and sites, we have introduced schemes such as ‘babble boards’ and feedback boxes to help provide an easy way of giving anonymous feedback straight to senior leaders, we also provide all colleagues with access to our confidential colleague helpline for times when it’s not easy to have a particular conversation with your line manager.
