      monday-friday 9-5 flexible start time if i want to start an hour early and finish at 4 i can same is i wanted t start an hour later travel expensed

      Cons

      taxis not expensed lots of physical work which can be quite demanding from time to time but overall pretty easy not having access to certain things outside of the network
