It can get busy and stressful as any healthcare job can.

The culture here is conducive to promote growth and ongoing learning. The management are supportive and easily approachable and care about their employees. Great team atmosphere. There is a good work life balance that not only benefits the employees but the patients we serve. The hardest part of the job is learning the Med B space if you’re new but you’re supported well along the way. The best part of the job is knowing you’re making a real difference in the companies and residents we work with.

The Med B space is a very complex job at first. Management does a great job educating and preparing you and continually supporting you as you get started.
