Pros
Steady paycheck. There are no additional "Pros".
Cons
This company has incompetent leadership with no vision. The CEO makes big promises to investors of being a "billion dollar" company. It's a joke. The current 12 month ROI for shareholders is far into the negative territory. It speaks volumes for the incompetent leaders in the Corporate offices. Some positions are filled just to have warm bodies like the vast majority of HR. They are so busy doing exit interviews that I have heard they are thinking of installing a drive through window at Corporate where you give a brief statement and hand in your badge. It's really that bad folks. There is absolutely no money for raises or modern equipment. There are things like HPLC's and vacuum pumps that were probably hand me downs from the Flintstones. The property in general is run down as the facilities manager could care less. People use and abuse the fleet vehicles and do everything from personal errands to sight seeing with the family on the weekend so when you need one for business use, good luck! All in all, AMRI is run like a low security prison without gates, fences or bars to keep you in. You go home at night and come back to the madness the next day....rinse and repeat if you will. Lastly, if you are desperate enough to actually consider a position here you may want to make sure they still cover psychological care. You're gonna need it.......lot's of it!
