- Low salaries -Micromanagement - Close to no WFH policy. Even if they allow WFH, they make your day a living hell by asking for the status every few minutes and distrusting their employees to be not focused. - Only a single salary as bonus and lack of holiday encashments and leave encashments - Very toxic management, specially the CIO Kashif Latif who has a history of conflicts with employees and favoritism. - Average facilities in the building. They even don't turn on all the ACs lol.
