Cons
I worked here for two years straight out of college. The entire time was a complete dumpster fire. I got almost no training, was never treated as an equal, and wasn't even given the power to see issues I was responsible for to their conclusion. The hybrid work style combined with open seating meant there was basically no way to build connections with coworkers and the atmosphere was always stale and quiet. When I left for my next role, I finally felt like I was a real engineer working a real job.
