Pros
Working with my team was great. They were likeable people and we worked well together. But I also heard from other coworkers that other treatment teams were a mess and couldn't work well together
Cons
Pay was atrocious. One year, no one got a raise. And I felt that I didn't get much support from management. The job itself felt stressful but honestly, if you thrive in fast paced environments, that you should be fine.
