Pros

50% discount on food. No mandatory overtime.

Cons

Required to work nights and weekends. Inconsistent schedules. No benefits. Favoritism is rampant to where people will treat you terrible if you're not related to management or being happy to suck up.

Pros

Tim Newkirk was a wonderful and fair boss. Morning staff was responsible, upbeat, and had good team ethics. Vikki my manger always had my back. The BEST regular customers! Flexible schedules

Cons

Night crew, is far less responsible. Occasionally rude coworkers, but that’s life.

Pros

Culver's met me where I'm at and wanted me to succeed however I could. They really focus on outlining your career path and helping you reach those heights. Whether you wanted to work for the summer or someday own your own franchise, they were always ready to make sure I had a plan to achieve that goal.

Cons

The cons only came from the people, never the company itself. I always felt valued by the systems set in place.
