Pros

I've been working at Culver's for a year now and i know a lot of regular customers that come in, it always makes my day to connect with these customers. Most of the Team Members are great to work with and it's a great first job experience to get in to. Fantastic food!

Cons

When i first started working it was fun excepted working the dining room but although the managers there at the time were great, organized and fun at that time. Now those managers who had kept the store together have left and the management has gone down hill from then; the managers there are inconsiderate, immature and unprofessional, the industry management keeps changing and you don't know who's making your schedule, doesn't give you lot of opportunity to expand your knowledge and they can be very unfair at times. There is a lot of drama at the store as well, and because of all of this happening team members and shift leaders are quitting and now we are very understaffed and it's very difficult for the other team members to do their assigned job of the night correctly if they have to be on custard because someone else is not doing their assigned job on custard. The people who do your schedule sometimes don't think of your requests when they first ask you 'what days can you not work?' 'when can you work' and half of our store are high school students. So team members have clubs, sports and family. In my orientation the general manger told me two things that come first before this job: Family and School. Lately, they have not been keeping their commitment.

Pros

Many wonderful promises, they say they will work with you on schedules and attending school or college.

Cons

They do not, now that schools are resuming the managers are giving conflicting hours, different managers calling up to give hours and when the employee arrives they have changed their minds and send the employee home. Manages chose favorites and fight amount them selves as to what the rules are and the employee gets caught in the middle and accused of not following orders.
