      Pros

      Cubik Innovation is a great little team to work with/for. Having been here a fair while now, I feel I have been accepted into the ~20 strong team. A great unit, where everyone always seems to smile and ideas are shared and listened to by everyone.

      Cons

      It is a small company so if you are not looking for that, steer clear

      - Great atmosphere - Range of different projects to work on - Good mentoring team - Project management system allowed a lot of flexibility with design decisions
