Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience. Setting up an organized structure during a growth phase can lead to some challenges as things change constantly and rapidly, but that is something we have worked hard to correct with our new organization chart and the addition of knowledgeable leaders and new departments. We’re always striving to be better and make Cubert a place where employees feel valued and can triumph.
We've been through a lot together as a team, went through some great times and hard time from covid. The leadership team has matured and grown a lot during this time and there is a sense of strong commadrie in the company. Everyone is the company are people I'm proud to work with and we truly care for each other. I've learned more in this role than I've ever done in any previous job. The company moves fast and you'll really need to know your stuff to be able to do well here because you'll be given full ownership of the department you're running.
Cons
None at the moment, we've improved a lot in the past few months
