Pros
Some free food at the office. Facility is nice but God forbid you forget to wipe down the conference tables or turn off the power after you use a conference room. You will be reprimanded and made to feel horrible about yourself. Senior leaders also discourage employees from using the elevators. Had a VP try to tell me I should use the stairs more - and I'm disabled.
Cons
I was fed a line of BS to get me in the door: "family" environment, wonderful culture, grow opportunities, culture I have etc. However, it turned out to be the worst culture I've ever seen. A bunch of old white guys running the company with your token HR female leader. Very much a "good old boys" club there - and those who succeed smile and go along with what the good old boys say. Store employees are overworked for a measly hourly wage. Corp HQ is like a cult, where everyone looks the same with the exception of a few, and walk around with fake smiles but they are miserable and terrified of getting the ax at any moment. Lots of back-stabbing and gossiping about coworkers as well.
