When a Management has the "power/authority" to end someone's employment based on things like keeping payroll below budget due to experienced employees salaries being above what thry could pay someone with less experience, there is a problem. Seems like Management can "trump up" instances/reasons for termination or documenting instances based on taking things "out of context". running.
