Pros
No Pros whatsoever. HR makes stupid policies targeted to torture employees. This is a scheme to forcefully collect man hours for the salary they give since they have no projects. If you are sick, they will ask for an application from you 3 days before you fall sick or else no paid leave. FYI no paid leaves, vacation fund deducted for every leave. Employee satisfaction is really low almost zero.
Cons
Full company is a con. Please don't consider the good reviews for this company as they are all fake given by the HR to maintain a positive outlook. Notice these fake reviews almost have same template as if made by a bot. Campus recruitment time, they give a false offer letter in which ctc is all in hand but in reality, there is a deferred plan and you get it after serving 2 years.
