      Pros

      Great Team, Passionate Developers. No one person wants to see the products fail. People are aligned and passionate about what they contribute to.

      Cons

      Management doesnt have employees best interests at heart. Many policies are introduced on short notice while still being in their infancy. Long standing policies are also reversed in the same short noticed fashion.

      Pros

      They are a "fly by the seat of your pants" kind of studio. This is a bit of a double edged sword but it allows you to do some fun and creative stuff.

      Cons

      - Doesn't always pay employees (Blames employees for not managing money properly) - All significant talent has left and they are just riding on their previous notoriety - A sinking ship
