      Pros

      Flexible environment - you have a lot of say in the project and over what you do. No Micromanaging.

      Cons

      Some really backward practices - the amount of holidays and how they are handled.

      Pros

      They are a "fly by the seat of your pants" kind of studio. This is a bit of a double edged sword but it allows you to do some fun and creative stuff.

      Cons

      - Doesn't always pay employees (Blames employees for not managing money properly) - All significant talent has left and they are just riding on their previous notoriety - A sinking ship
