Pros

Freedom to learn and code nifty stuff. Work flexibility (home, coworking spaces, clients, etc) Senior, technical and business oriented management. Rotterdam office is pretty cool.

Cons

Keep in mind this is a consultancy company. You will be assigned to a client and might work alone there. You won't really belong to a team, no one will ask you if you are happy or content. No one will suggest you to invest in something. No one can help you find your way, you have to figure it out alone (and alone is a constant). For non Dutch employees, onboarding and settling in is very hard. This is not a company that will add social benefits to your life, everyone keeps to themselves.

Pros

- Supportive & warm people - Office location and utilities - Average - Good salary - Working with big companies such as Rituals - Working with professional cloud developers - Growing possibilities, espacially in Google Cloud Java or Python. - International environment - Good benefits - Free and first class transportation

Cons

- There can be better company events, not bad but can be better. - Some people are technically very advanced, even some of the Juniors or Mediors are better than Seniors in terms of quality. Company might need to balance these levels correctly.

Pros

Crystalloids is one of those rare companies where you feel like more than just a number. There’s plenty of room for creativity and innovation, which keeps it interesting. The team is very international and has grown a lot over the years. There’s a focus on personal development, and the projects are genuinely interesting, especially if you're into Google Cloud and innovation. There are team lunches, activities, and events that make it easy to connect with people beyond just work stuff. Managers are easy to talk to and open to hearing new ideas. It’s a place where your input is valued and good work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Cons

The culture is direct and practical, which comes with a lot of freedom, but to really make the most of it, you need to be proactive and self-driven.
