Pros
my coworkers are all great, mostly. The benefits are good but that shouldn’t be an excuse for why you barely pay your employees.
Cons
everything else. The pay is atrocious; there’s no opportunity for growth unless you’re besties with someone in hr; you have to deal with rude people everyday; the company cares more about their parents and providers than their employees; they continually add on more and more work until you’re drowning and literally can’t complete it all but they still expect you to. They’re the worst kind of business that thinks they care about people but really couldn’t care less. They have mandatory corporate “fun” once a year at an all staff event where they drill into your head how much they appreciate you but don’t put their money where their mouth is. Instead of spending so much money on a party no one wants to go to, we’d feel much more appreciated if they just gave us more money. The turnover rate is through the roof because it’s impossible to get anyone to stay. I’ve seen people quit their first day more often than you’d think. The people that work in hr think they’re better than and above everyone. They talk down to managers and supervisors like they’re children that don’t understand simple tasks. I could go on and on but I think I’ve made my point. I’m planning my prison break and I’d suggest everyone else that works here do the same. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Go work anywhere else, if you come here you will regret it. You’ve been warned.
