      The coffee machine and a handful of staff.

      Cons

      Xenophobic language used freely with no repercussion. Staff laughing at tenants who need extra attention. Modern language regarding gender was aggressively dismissed by other staff. No sick pay. Work bank holidays and Saturdays.

      Pros

      Love working at Crystal, no day is the same there is so much variety to your work, one day could be doing EICR's, the next day installing EV Chargers. Nothing is to big an ask, if prefer different brands of tools they will provide, decent van and perks, as well as bonus scheme

      Driving, however comes with the territory
