      Pros

      If you are able to endure you'd probably climb the corporate ladder faster. Small company with less than 20 employees.

      Cons

      Managing Director dictatorship causes the company to have high turn over rate. Unclear and ever changing job scope. Work flow and processes changes constantly.

      dont make your staff like not human . please provide clear job task and dont just simply ask your staff do useless think. most of staff only work less than 1.5 year.
