Before pandemic, extremely good office and workspace conditions. Good interview process. Technical interview was on the high level. You receive presents at most important public holiday which increases fidelity to the company. Good technical level of software engineers. You are working in product company and you are focusing on building good and valuable product. High technical level of software products. Software engineers cares on code quality.
Cons
The biggest problem are salaries. You are underpaid almost for all technical levels (junior, middle, senior). Salary review is one time per year and it could not satisfy you and it is extremely hard to increase your salary during the year. The biggest increase you can get is to be promoted to new technical level, which is sometimes hard (depends on department you are working on). Some not optimal technical decisions are pushed from top level technical management without taking into consideration developers and platform users concerns. Hard to switch to another department to work on some other part of the platform in other language. Sometime is hard to get promotion on other engineering role like team lead or engineering manager
