Pros
Trailblazing company trying to leverage an established brand / community and transform it into an even more successful media / tech organization. Experienced executive team. Average perks. The environment is pretty ideal for anyone passionate about fandom, gaming, anime, tech, animation, Marvel, DC, GoT, etc.
Cons
Compensation is slightly below market rate. There can sometimes be some friction between the business and technology side but I suppose that's fairly typical in an organization incurring significant change.
