Transparent communication is certainly our goal and we really want to tie our mission and values to this line of thinking. As we have scaled it is at times a challenge, but overall, if we are able to continue down this path, purpose and meaning will be apparent in how we do things and how we communicate across the organization. Thank you for the constructive feedback here! I also love that our team is challenged from a technology perspective. I can't rant and rave enough about how fulfilling it is even for myself, in a non-tech sector, to see how we debate and work through our technical challenges.
